Wednesday Randoms

1. Despite a few reservations, I'm taking a 6 week belly dancing class through SCC. At first I wanted a friend to go with me, to serve sort of as a safety blanket, but I decided it was really something I should do on my own. I'll probably definitely look like an idiot at times but it's another accomplishment I'll be able to check off my fear list/fearless.

2.  I watched Miss Representation a couple nights ago - best documentary I've seen in a long time. Go watch it. Now.

3. Last night Mark and I purchased our plane tickets for....VEGAS! 2011 = all migraines, no fun. So this is a much needed getaway. We are seeing (for the second time) the Beatles Love show and Garth Brooks. I know what you're thinking. Garth Brooks, really? And the answer is yes. My entire life I've had an intense obsession with Garth Brooks and this show will be unlike any concert I've seen in the past because I'll be in the front row! (Sobbing like a baby).

4. I'm still totally in love in PL (maybe even more this year than last). I'll post pictures next week. Waiting on these *awesome* stamps from Studio Calico:

What a curious little kitty...

There is one thing that is certain - if I'm at my table scrapbooking, Oliver is all up in my business. Always. This is a daily occurrence. He eats my glue dots (seriously, I keep them in a ziplock bag), my layouts are his favorite spot to sleep, he thinks my photo printer is some secret contraption out to get him, his fur is stuck to everything I create, and my trash can is a treasure chest full of yummy items to nom on.

It was one night in particular that I really just wanted to scrap but nooooo. Mark was able to catch my frustration in these photos (e.g., the one where my head is buried in Oli). 

Oh, Oli. You make scrapbooking so difficult. But I still love you.
